Peter has 45+ years of architectural experience, working on diverse projects and possessing extensive knowledge of the City of Asheville’s project approval process. He has been involved as a partner in various real estate development projects in Downtown Asheville, offering a unique perspective on the challenges of real estate development in the area. Peter has been involved with the Asheville Downtown Association, the Asheville Downtown Commission, and the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, serving as the Chair.

George is a highly experienced licensed real estate agent who has dedicated over 20 years to the industry. With more than 15 years in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector, he has honed his expertise, particularly during his 10-plus years serving the Asheville area. Throughout his impressive career, George has not only led various development projects but has also played a vital role as a team member in numerous multifamily developments, showcasing his commitment to fostering community growth and enhancing the local landscape.

Hining Family LLC was formed in 2007 and is focused on land development in North Carolina. This father-son development company has more than 70 years of experience in Land Development, Real Estate, and the AEC industries. The Hining Family LLC will act as the lead for this effort. They will actively work to ensure this project stays on schedule and is developed to the highest standards.

We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view. The 102nd Floor currently has a higher wall, but we are working to make it more accessible to all our visitors.
